Study on the Utilization Ratio of Nesting in Garment Paper Sample Engineering

针对成衣生产中常遇到的排料问题在制作生产纸样时加以修改样,使问题得到解决,即不影响或不改变服装的款式、比例尺寸、贴身程度、外形轮廓、销售能力等前提条件下,对原本纸样进行修改,使CAD排料能够达到节省时间、方便排料,提高产量;节省布料、方便对格对条,提高布料利用率等作用,从而降低生产成本。

Nesting problems are often encountered during the production of paper sample of garments. This paper studied on how to modify the sample so as to on the one hand solve the problem while on the other does not affect or change the clothing styles, the proportion of size, personal level and contour while also saves time, facilitates nesting, increases production, saves fabric, realizes easier lattice of the article, increases utilization ratio and brings down costs.
