临床实验室ESBLs三种检测方法的可行性比较

目的 使用三种不同的方法对产ESBLs菌株的检出率及可行性进行比较,为临床产ESBLs菌株检测提供相应而实用的方法.方法 采用仪器法、确证法和双纸片法分别对181株大肠埃希菌和121株肺炎克雷伯菌产ESBLs的情况进行检测,并比较三种方法检出产ESBLs菌株的阳性率.结果 仪器法,确证法,双纸片法检测ESBLs菌株阳性率分别为40.1%,39.1%和36.8%,三种方法对检测ESBLs菌株阳性率均无显著性差异（P＞0.05）.结论 仪器法对产ESBLs菌株具有快速、简便之优点;而确证法和双纸片法操作简便,价格低廉,结果可靠.各类医院微生物室可根据自身的条件而选择不同的方法.

Objective To evaluate the three methods for the rate of ESBLs-production and provide appropriate and practical method for clinical. Methods Using Vitek32, disc confirmatory test and double-disc synergy test respectively for 181 strains escherichia coli and 121 Klebsiella peumoniae strains of bacteria ESBLs production testing, and compare the three methods for ESBLs strains produced positive. Results The ESBLs positive rate of Vitek32, disc confirmatory test and double-disc synergy test were40.1%, 39.1%, 36.8%. These three methods for detection ESBLs strains were no significant differences（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusions The Vitek32 has the advantages of simple, rapid, While disc confirmatory test and double-disc synergy test to operate, low price and reliable results. Each laboratotries could choose different methods accord to its conditions.
