不含氟哌利多的镇痛混合液在剖宫产术后镇痛中的应用效果

Application effect of analgesia mixed liquor without droperidolH in postoperative analgesia of uterine-incision delivery

目的 探讨不含氟哌利多的镇痛混合液在剖宫产术后镇痛中的应用效果.方法 2009年6-12月将在我院行剖宫产的产妇154例随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组术后给予含氟哌利多的镇痛混合液镇痛,观察组给予不含氟哌利多的镇痛混合液镇痛,采用视觉模拟镇痛评分法（VAS）评价两组术后4 h、8 h、12 h及24 hVAS评分及镇痛效果.结果 观察组产妇术后4h、8 h、12 h及24 hVAS评分与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.观察组产妇术后镇痛效果与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.观察组产妇锥体外系反应发生率明显低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 不含氟哌利多的镇痛混合液在剖宫产术后镇痛中效果等同于含氟哌利多的镇痛混合液,但更安全.

Objective To investigate the effect of analgesia mixed liquor without droperidol in postoperative analgesia of uterine-incision delivery. Method The 154 cases with uterine-incision delivery were divided into the observe group and the control group. The control group received the analgesia mixed liquor with droperidol, and the observe group received the analgesia mixed liquor without droperidol. Results The scores of VAS in 4hour, 8hour, 12hour and 24hour in the observe group after operation were same to those in control group, and there were no significant difference in them respectively （ P〉 0.05 ）.The effect of analgesia in the observe group after operation were same to those in control group, and there were no significant difference in them respectively（P〉0.05 ）.The incidence rate of extrapyramidal in the observe group after operation was fewer than that in control group, and there were significant difference in them respectively （ P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The effect of analgesia mixed liquor without droperidol in postoperative analgesia of uterine-incision delivery is equal to that of analgesia mixed liquor with droperidol, and it is safer.
