摘要
通过对内蒙古2008年第四次卫生服务调查资料和内蒙古2008年卫生总费用核算资料的综合分析,得出如下结论:伴随我区医药卫生事业的快速发展,卫生服务供给能力不断提高,"看病难"的主要原因集中表现为居民自付费用过高,影响居民卫生服务利用,并导致居民经济负担过重。
The fourth survey of health services and the total health cost accounting information in Inner Mongolia in 2008 are analyzed.It is found that,with the rapid development of medical health and the continuous increase of health supply,＂difficult in seeing doctors＂ mainly reflects on high self-payment,impacts the health service usage of residents,and results heavy economic burden to residents.
