2003年以来新型农村合作医疗制度改革的基本经验可概括为如下4个方面:实现了合作医疗目标的根本性转变,坚持了中国特色农村医疗保障制度的自愿合作原则,较大地提高了农村医疗卫生服务公平性程度,取得了较好的农村医疗卫生服务效率。传承和运用这些基本经验,对当前及未来巩固和发展新型农村合作医疗制度大有裨益。

Since 2003,the new rural cooperative medical system reform and the basic experience can be summarized as the following four aspects：a fundamental change of the objectives of the rural cooperative medical care,adhering to the principle of voluntary cooperation rural medical security system with Chinese characteristics,great improvement of the rural level of equity in health services,and good efficiency of health services in rural areas.Transmission and use of these basic experiences brings great benefits for current and future consolidation and development of new rural cooperative medical system boost.
