摘要
研究具有两级生产不确定和随机需求的供应链的生产和订购决策问题.分别建立了集中决策和分散决策两类供应链的随机库存模型.在两级生产误差和需求服从均匀分布的情况下,对模型进行了分析,最后进行了算例分析.研究表明,两级生产商的总利润和各级生产商的利润均为生产量和订购量的凹函数;两级生产商的最优生产量和订购量与两级生产误差和需求误差有关;集中决策的供应链比分散决策的供应链获得更多的利润.
To deal with the decision-making problems of producing and ordering in the supply chain which is characterized by the uncertainty in two-echelon yields and random demand,the paper establishes two inventory models of supply chains including centralized and decentralized decision making.Under the uniform distribution,the solutions of the models are obtained.The study shows that both the gross profit of the manufacturers and that of each manufacturer are the concave function of planned production and ordering quantity.The optimal planned production and ordering quantity have a close relation with the errors of two-echelon yields and demand.The result also shows that the supply chain characterized by centralized decision-making makes more profits than that by decentralized decision-making.
