摘要
某厂尿素合成塔经8万h运行后检查发现,奥氏体不锈钢衬里中下部存在明显均匀腐蚀,中上部焊缝区及部分母材、托架出现严重开裂。解决了修复中几个技术关键,包括对隐性敏态及非敏态裂纹的探伤、不锈钢衬里补焊过程中的脆性开裂、衬里贴合不紧密区裂纹的修复、确保衬里大面积堆焊区的抗腐蚀性能等,对损伤尿塔进行了修复,经几年运行考验,证明修复技术可靠。
The inspections showed that general corrosion was striking in middling-lower section of aus-tenite stainless steel lining of the urea synthesis converter,serious cracking exist on weld and local parent metal in middling-upper section of the tower working in 8 × 104 h.Damaged tower had been repaired successfully after solving technical keys(include detection of recessive sensitized cracks and non-sensi-tized cracks,brittle crackingr,epairing of loose-lining zone,ensure corrosion resistance for large repair zone).Its reliability was confirmed by years service.
