摘要
土地承包经营权信托制度是我国土地承包经营权流转方式的创新。本文以幸福镇新香坊村、莫力村、园艺村三个村为例,分析幸福镇农村土地信托存在的问题,和今后的发展方向以及如何完善我农村信托机制。
The system of the right to land contractual management is a kind of innovation which is a way of the land circulation in our country.This paper has discussed the problems,reasons and strategies of circulation of the rural land trust,which is based on three villages,for example Xinxiangfang,Moli and Yuanyi.
