This paper analyzes the status,causes and hazard of colluding in bidding and together-conspired bidding in project bidding,which can get high attention of the participants,and through active education,guidance and improving relevant laws and regulations to further standardize the physical market,so that everyone can participate in this fair and equitable work to promote the healthy development of the physical markets.
