我国工程建设领域的快速发展,工程量清单计价方式越来越成为适应市场运行机制和施工发承包活动的合理计价模式。实行工程量清单计价,对规范我国建设市场起了积极的作用,但工程量清单计价也同样存在不够完善的地方。本文就现阶段实施工程量清单计价中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出具有可操作性、实用性强的建议。

With the rapid development of the construction area,the mean of Bill Of Quantities Valuation is more and more becoming the reasonable pricing model that adapt to the market operation mechanism and construction contracting activities.The implementation of the Bill Of Quantities Valuation plays a positive role in standardizing the construction market in China,but it is also not perfect.This paper analyzes the problems in the implementation of the Bill Of Quantities Valuation and proposes the workable,practical recommendations.
