CDIO指导下材料成型及控制工程专业人才培养模式研究

Research on Talents Training Models of Material Forming and Control Engineering under CDIO Guidance

本文借鉴国际CDIO高等工程教育模式,探讨了以项目为引导和主要载体的材料成型及控制工程专业人才培养模式,根据企业对材料成型及控制工程专业人才岗位能力需求,将能力培养过程落实到学生参与项目的构思-设计-实施-运行全过程,设计了培养环节的一级、二级和三级项目,提出项目内容设计、师资水平和实施设备条件与经费保障是确保培养过程落到实处的关键。

Learning from international CDIO higher engineering education model,this article explores the talents training mode of material forming and controlling engineering,which makes projects as guidance and major carrier.According to the capacity requirements for this major,the capacity training is involved in the whole process of idea-design-implementation-running,during which the students are involved in projects.Then the session levels,two and three project of training process are designed.The project content,teacher level,equipment and funding are key to ensure the implement of training process.
