Analyzed the reason of inconformity between showing number and actual number.develop an examining instrument use grating obliquity sensor.Elaborating structure principle and key technique of the sensor.Finished the accuracy argument of examining instrument.Text results show that the examining instrument possesses such advantages as high measuring accuracy,easy to use and faster speed than traditional measure method.
