三峡—葛洲坝船舶监管系统作为目前国内内河先进的通航指挥系统在三峡河段投入使用后,提高了三峡河段的过闸管理能力和安全监管水平,本文介绍了监管系统构成情况及其在通航安全管理业务中的应用情况。
As an advanced navigation command system in inland river,three-Gezhouba ship monitoring system improved the lockage management capacity of the Three Gorges reach and safety regulatory standards,after used in Three Gorges reach.This article describes the composition of the regulatory system and its application in navigation safety management business.
