高职院校学生管理工作的思考

Reflections on Management Work for Students in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着我国高等教育大众化的发展,高职院校办学规模不断壮大,由此使高职院校学生管理工作面临新的问题。文章对高职高专院校生源素质、社会环境、校园环境,以及管理队伍等方面的现状进行了分析,提出了搞好高职高专院校学生管理工作的几点建议。

With the development of Chinese higher education popularization,the scale of higher vocational colleges unceasingly expands,so management work for students in higher vocational colleges faces the new issues.This paper analyzes the status of student quality of higher vocational colleges,social environment,campus environment,and management team,and puts forward some suggestions on improving management work for students in higher vocational colleges.
