本文将以融资担保实务中划拨土地使用权抵押所面临的困境为基点,通过对现有法律法规的分析和思考,对国有划拨土地使用权抵押价值的实现与风险控制问题进行论述。
Starting from various difficulties in financing business land allocation land rights,through the analysis and thoughts of present laws,the paper discusses the realization of mortgage value of state-owned land-use rights through allocation at financing warrant business and risk analysis.
