浅谈大型桥梁钻孔灌注桩施工的质量管理

钻孔灌注桩成孔技术要求高,灌注砼施工过程工序环节,工艺复杂,工作量较大,并需在短时间内快速完成水下砼灌注施工过程控制受人为因素影响较大稍有疏忽,就难免出现质量缺陷,造成病桩或断桩等质量事故,影响整个桥梁的质量及使用寿命。在本文中,笔者大型桥梁钻孔灌注桩施工的质量管理谈了自己的看法。

There is high technical requirement on bored piles in the perfusion concrete construction process with process complexity,large workload,and the need to quickly infuse underwater concrete in a short time,which is largely influenced by human factors,a little negligence will inevitably lead to quality defects,resulting in disease such as piles or broken pile quality accident,affecting the quality and life of the bridge.In this article,the author talked about views on quality management of large bridges bored pile construction.
