At present,China＇s construction supervision is a developing industry;construction market has basically formed three equal,independent main constructions of supervision,owner and contractor.As a construction supervision institutions,it is necessary to actively coordinate with the relationship between the owners and the construction units to ensure construction intended goals of ＂quality,investment and progress＂ achieved.Therefore,construction supervision should closely focus on construction quality,and take practical measures to effectively control the construction quality.
