论防止改性沥青路面开裂现象产生的施工措施

摘要 由于改性沥青路面具有优异的路用性能,近十年来,改性沥青在我国高速公路中得到了越来越多的应用。但与基质沥青相比,改性沥青有着较高的粘度,使得改性沥青路面施工工序控制的难度较大,如拌和温度增高,拌和时间延长,碾压难度加大等,若施工工艺不当及工序控制不严,都会造成改性沥青路面因空隙率过大而易渗水,最终导致早期损坏等问题。这种路面在应用中质量可靠,连价低,但是会出现开裂的现象,本文根据多年的实际经验,对防治改性沥青路面开裂现象的施工措施进行简要的论述。 As the asphalt pavement has excellent road performance,in the past decade,modified asphalt has more and more applications in highway of our country.However,compared with the base asphalt,modified asphalt has higher viscosity,making more difficult of the asphalt pavement construction process control,such as increased mixing temperature,prolonged mixing,more difficult rolling,etc.,the improper construction techniques and loose process control will lead to water seepage caused by modified asphalt road surface seepage void,resulting in early damage and other issues.The surface is in reliable quality and low cost,but cracking may occurs,based on years of practical experience,the paper briefly discussed the prevention construction measures of cracking for modified asphalt pavement.
