The Damage Types of Underground Engineering Construction to the Existing Buildings

随着建筑业的发展,各种用途地下空间的利用与开发以及城市地下铁路的建设在我国迅速发展,地下工程的施工将引起地表产生沉降,造成地表下陷,在一定范围内形成一个凹槽,位于该凹槽范围内的地表建筑物将受到不同程度的影响。本文分析了地下工程施工引起的地表变形的原因,并论述了对既有建筑物的损害形式。

With the development of construction industry,the application and development of underground space of various uses and urban underground railway construction are developing rapidly in China.The construction of underground engineering will cause the surface subsidence which will form a groove at a certain area.The buildings located within the groove will be subjected to the influence of various degrees.The paper analyzes the reasons of underground project＇s causing of surface deformation and discusses the damage types to the existing buildings.
