In this paper,the procurement of construction enterprise risk prevention measures and coping strategies are focused.In the market economic situation,construction enterprises procurement has been attached more and more importance by construction companies decision makers,management,operators and suppliers,because in the procurement of a lot of equipment,materials,machinery and tools involved large enterprises costs in the building industry,there are too many risks,which become the focus of today＇s society.
