摘要
众所周知,理论的力量在于它应对问题的能力,即解释问题的效度。管理面对的是组织,尤其是体现为科层制结构的现代组织的结构、行为和变革,因此,制度分析体现在管理学中的优越性,就是为管理本身提供一个组织分析与管理实施的新的框架,现就此进行简要分析。
It is known that the theory lies in its ability to deal with the problem,namely,the validity of interpretation.Management is faced with organization,especially reflecting in a modern organizational structure,behavior and change of hierarchical structure,so the system analysis is reflected in the management advantages which is to provide a new framework of organization analysis and management implementation,now a brief analysis on this is given.
