乒乓球发球不仅仅是一个技术动作,还是一个完整的体系,本文阐明了乒乓球的发球体系由技术层、战术层、心里层和体能层四个方面组成,旨在更新乒乓球发球思想观念,加深对乒乓球发球内涵的认识,并建立乒乓球发球理论体系,用以指导乒乓球的运动训练实践服务。

Table tennis serving is not only a technical move,but also a complete system.The paper illustrates that the serving system is made up of four parts as technical level,tactical level,psychological level and physical level,aiming to update the ideas in table tennis serving and deepen the understanding of table tennis serving and build the table tennis serving theory system to guide the practice of table tennis training services.
