摘要
本文主要介绍了健美操对人身体形态的改善,使大学生能拥有一个匀称,和谐、健美的身材,从对身材的影响来分析它对学生心理的影响,从身体健康的角度介绍了对人体的心血管系统的改善和对呼吸系统的改善作用,从不同方面分析健美操的健身作用和它对大学生心理健康的影响。
This paper mainly introduces improvement of aerobics to body building through which the college students can know how to build a well-proportioned,rhythmic and perfect body.The author describes the necessity and importance of further promoting aerobics after analyzing the bodybuilding function of aerobics and its effect to college students' psychology from the following aspects: impact of body to students' psychology and character;the improvement of body to cardiovascular system respiratory.
