关于完善高校贫困生认定工作的措施

Measures on Improving Identification Work of Impoverished University Students

贫困生认定是贫困生资助工作的前提和基础。虽然经过多年的探索和改进全国各高校已形成一套贫困生认定的体系和方法,但从实施效果看并不理想,贫困生认定工作仍是困扰各高校贫困生工作的一道难题。本文认为各高校应该从科学地确定货币化的贫困生"标准",严格和规范审批手续,建立贫困生实情档案、心理档案,建立监督举报体系等方面,全方位地促进和完善贫困生的认定工作。

Impoverished students identification is the prerequisite and basis for supporting impoverished students.Although a system to identify impoverished students has been formed after years of exploration and improvement,the result is not ideal;identification work of impoverished university students is still a difficulty perplexing the universities.This paper argues that colleges and universities should scientifically determine the monetization of impoverished students ＂standard＂,strictly standardize approval procedures,establish the truth file and mental file of poor students,establish supervision and reporting system,etc.,to promote and improve the comprehensive identification of impoverished students.
