基于SWOT分析的常州科教城产学研合作发展研究

在新经济形势下,常州科教城充分发挥自身优势、克服劣势、把握机遇、战胜挑战是顺利开展产学研合作的重要保障,本文运用SWOT分析法,通过分析常州科教城产学研合作的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁,构建常州科教城产学研发展的SWOT战略矩阵,并给出具体的战略建议。文章对于常州科教城产学研的发展具有一定的指导意义。

Under the new economic environment,it＇s very important for the successful implement of the industries,universities and research institutes cooperation of Changzhou science and education town to strengthen the strengths,complement the weaknesses,seize the opportunities,conquer the threats.With SWOT,this paper analyzed the strengths,the weaknesses,the opportunities and the threats of the industries,universities and research institutes cooperation of Changzhou science and education town,constructed the strategy matrix,given some strategy suggestions.There＇s some guiding value for the development of the industries,universities and research institutes cooperation of Changzhou science and education town.
