试论塑料模具制造中的热处理工艺

Discussion on Technology for Heating Processing in Plastic Mould Making

近些年来,由于塑料制品的不断发展,对于塑料模具的要求也在不断的提高,对于其用钢方面也提出了不少的要求,选用不同的钢材来制造塑料模具所表现出来的质量和性能也是大不相同的。因此,对于塑料模具钢的制造工艺,特别是热处理工艺也是大不相同的。本文主要介绍塑料模具的制造工艺路线和热处理工艺的特点。

In recent years,due to the continuous development of plastic products,the requirements on plastic mold as well as steel aspect are also constantly improved,the quality and performance are different with different selection of steel material to make plastic model.Therefore,plastic mold steel manufacturing processes,in particular the heat treatment processes are different.In this paper,plastic mold manufacturing process route and heat treatment characteristics are introduced.
