摘要 提出以提高节点电压为目标的配电网重构方法,该方法将电压均衡指数作为目标函数,通过改进遗传算法来寻求配网的最佳结构。该方法提出在同一环路的开关为1个基因块的编码方法,交叉操作只进行对应基因块的交换。这种将变异操作限制在基因块内的遗传操作策略,克服了现有遗传算法(GA)在配电网重构中应用时产生大量不可行解的不足,通过简化配电网结构,缩短了GA染色体的长度,进一步提高了计算效率。计算结果表明,该方法不仅可以提高供电电压质量,还能够达到降低网损的目的。最后以IEEE 33节点为例,验证了该方法的可行性。 By use of node voltages,this paper proposes a new network reconfiguration approach,in which the voltage balancing index is taken for objective function and the optimal structure of distributed network can be found through the refined GA.This approach presents an encoding method of neighboring switches neighboring in the chromosome and switches in the same loop in the same gene. The crossover operation is done only on the corresponding genes.The mutation and inverse operation is limited within the gene.These strategies greatly reduce the infeasible solutions produced during gene algorithm operations in the application to distribution system reconfiguration.Further,a simplifying distribution method is also proposed to reduce the length of chromosome and enhance the efficiency of the algorithm.The calculations show that the method not only improves supply voltage,but also reduces network loss.In this paper a practical calculation of IEEE 33 nodes is given to validate the feasibility of this method.
