摘要
低碳经济的发展对电力行业会产生重要的影响作用,为了实现我国近期及中长期的节能减排目标,需要走出一条符合我国国情的低碳电力战略发展道路。从3项短期减排措施和4项长期低碳机制的构建方面分析了实现低碳电力系统的保障机制,从发电侧和电网环节(输配电和用电)2方面研究了向低碳电力系统转变的实施路径。
The development of low-carbon economy will exert great influence on power industry.Thus,it is necessary to seek a special way of strategic development of low-carbon electricity according to Chinese own practice,so as to realize short-term as well as long-term target for energy conservation and emission reduction.Therefore,the protection mechanism for the achievement of lowcarbon power system is analyzed in this article on the base of the establishment of three short-term emission reduction measures and four long-term low-carbon mechanisms.What is more,the strategic path for the development of low-carbon power system is displayed from the generation and power network side(electricity transmission and distribution).
