摘要
文章记述了A变电站运行中发生的一起330 kV SF_6高压断路器非全相运行事故。分析指出事故发生的根本原因是该断路器B相操动机构拐臂输出轴严重卡滞,断路器B相无法合闸,同时该断路器采用的非全相保护继电器损坏,致使非全相保护失灵,最终导致断路器非全相运行;并针对早期设备上普遍使用的气囊式时间继电器提出了有效的技术改造方案。
This paper describes an accident of 330 kV SF_6 high voltage circuit breaker open-phase running in A substation,and points out that the failure is caused by the circuit breaker B phase operation mechanism crutch output shaft severe seizure,B phase cannot switch on,the damage of the open-phase protection relay used in the circuit breaker and open-phase failure protection via analysis.Additionally this paper proposes effective technological innovation scheme for the gasbag time relay adopted in original equipment generally.
