摘要
分析了供电企业应急预案编制过程中存在的问题,提出了科学编制应急预案的流程和方法。最后通过宝鸡供电局3年多的实证分析,证明本文提出的方法是可行的,具有科学性、指导性和实用性。
This paper analyzes the problems during the progress of drawing up emergency plan by power supply enterprises,proposes the processes and methods to draw up scientific emergency plan.Finally the methods proposed in this paper are proved to be feasible, scientific,instructional and practical through three-year empirical analysis of Baoji Power Supply Bureau.
