摘要
政工干部的绩效考核是国有企业管理人员绩效考核的重要组成部分。电力企业的政工干部考核一直是电力企业实施绩效管理的重点难点。在深入分析当前电力企业政工干部绩效考核存在问题的基础上,研究给出了具有较强可操作性的提高电力企业政工干部绩效考核水平的有效新模式。
Performance appraisal on administrative personnel is an integral part of performance assessing on management personnel in state enterprises,especially the performance assessing on the administrative personnel is the stress and difficulty for implementing performance management in power enterprises forever.Based on the deep analysis of the current problem in the performance assessing on the administrative personnel in the power enterprises,this paper has researched on a new effective mode that is relatively operational to improve their performance assessing level.
