摘要
目的探讨骨髓微血管密度(MVD)和凝血酶敏感蛋白-1(TSP-1)在白血病中的表达及意义。方法选择白血病患者27例(19例急性白血病AL、8例慢性粒细胞白血病CML)为研究组,正常对照组20例,利用SP免疫组化法检测研究组治疗前后及对照组骨髓组织MVD及TSP-1表达情况。结果①MVD、TSP-1在AL、CML不同疾病中的同一阶段,测定水平均无显著性差异(P>0.05);而在初诊组与未缓解组,MVD值高于对照组及缓解组(P<0.01),TSP-1阳性率低于对照组及缓解组(P<0.05)。②TSP-1和MVD之间具有负相关性。结论联合检测MVD与TSP-1,有助于更准确的评价疾病状态,指导治疗。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of bone microvascular density(MVD) and thrombospondin-1(TSP-1) in leukemia. Methods 27 cases (including 19 acute leukemia, 8 chronic myelocytic leukemia) in study group and 20 cases in normal control group were analyzed by SP immunohistochemical technique to detect the expression of TSP-1 and MVD in bone marrow biopsy. Results The expression of MVD and TSP-1 in the same state of AL、CML were no significantly difference(P〉0.05). MVD expression levels in newly diagnosed group or non-remission group were higher than remission group or control group(P〈0.01), while TSP-1 positive rate in newly diagnosed group or non-remission group was lower than remission group or control group(P〈0.05). ②The expression of TSP-1 was negatively correlated with that of MVD. Conclusion Combinable detecting of MVD and TSP-1 could help to estimate state of disease more exactly and direct therapy.
