CT导向下同轴穿刺针活检对肺结节的诊断价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨同轴穿刺针经皮肺结节切割活检的临床诊断价值。方法对32例肺结节病灶患者采用CT导向下同轴穿刺针经皮肺结节切割活检,并对活检标本进行病理检查、细菌培养和荧光定量PCR结核杆菌检测。结果该方法首次活检对肺癌的确诊率86.6%,非肿瘤性病变确诊率70.1%,总体确诊率78.1%。结论同轴穿刺针经皮肺活检具有可反复切割、标本获得充足、不增加并发症、与其他诊断方法组合应用等优势。 Objective To investigate the clinical diagnostic value of CT-guided co-axial introducer needle to lung biopsy in pulmonary occupying lesions. Methods Thirty-tow patients with pulmonary occupying lesions underwent CT-guided lung biopsy with co-axial introducer needle. Biopsy specimens have to take pathologic examination, bacterial culture and Real time-FQ-PCR. Results The diagnosis was confirmed by the needle biopsy to lung carcinoma was 86.6%, to the nontumorous was 70.1%,to the total was 78.1%. Conclusion CT-guided lung biopsy with co-axial introducer needle not only can repeate cutting pulmonary occupying lesions, have adequate specimens and no additional complications ,but also can combine with other diagnostic methods.
