半牙切除结合单冠修复保存下颌第一磨牙的临床疗效观察

The Clinical Effect of Combining Tooth Hemi Section and Repairing the Single Crown to Keeping the First Molar under Jaw

目的观察病变下颌第一磨牙行半牙切除术后结合单冠修复的疗效。方法选择下颌第一磨牙部分牙根有严重的牙周或根尖周病变,或牙冠龋坏达龈下难以进行根管治疗,或牙根根折的患牙,应用半牙切除术后对保留下来的牙根进行根管治疗并做单冠修复。结果 1年后复查,成功率92%。结论半牙切除术结合单冠修复保留了健康的牙根,避免或减少了对正常牙体组织的切磨,既有效地恢复了牙列的完整,又恢复了患者的咀嚼功能,是保存病变下颌第一磨牙的一种有效方法。

Objective Observing the clinical effect of combining tooth hemi section and repairing the single crown to keeping the first molar under jaw. Methods Selecting those first molar under jaw which exist following case： 1.part root with periodontal disease or periapical disease badly, 2.the crown cavity to subgingiva that hardly root canal treating, 3.the root is fractured. Appling the tooth hemi section to those bad tooth, the root-canal therapy is carried out to the retained dental root and single crown is repaired. Results After one year, success rate is 92%. Conclusion Combining tooth hemi section and repairing the single crown keep the good root, either less grinding down the normal tooth, or holding the integrity of dentition and restore the masticatory function. It is the effective method to hold the pathological changed first molar under jaw.
