五官科手术患者心理护理的临床观察

Facial Surgery Patients Psychological Nursing Clinical Observation

目的探讨对五官科手术后的患者进行心理护理的临床效果。方法江油市长钢总医院五官科手术后患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例,术后两组均进行常规护理,观察组另外加用心理护理,分别观察两组患者的血压、脉搏、不良反应及焦虑评分,并进行两组间的比较。结果观察组在血压、脉搏、不良反应及焦虑评分等测量结果均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论有效的心理护理,可以增加患者战胜疾病的信心,从而促进了手术后患者的康复,尽快使患者恢复正常的生理和心理功能。

Objective To Discuss the facial surgery patients psychological nursing clinical effects. Methods 80 cases come from facial surgery patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group, the two groups were routine care, combined with other psychological nursing, two groups of patients were observed pressure and pulse, adverse reactions and anxiety scores, and the comparison between the two groups. Results The observation group in blood pressure and pulse, adverse reactions and anxiety scores are superior to such measurements in control group （P 0.05）. Conclusion Effective psychological nursing can increase the confidence of conquering disease patients, so as to promote the hands of postoperative patients recover, make patient restore normal physiological and psychological function.
