摘要
设计是工程建设的灵魂,而制订和设计出一个完善、高效、充满活力的设计管理模式则是大型民用机场工程规划设计成功关键。论文通过对上海机场建设工作的实践及思考,在整合"设计群"管理组织结构、推进设计审批工作开展和提高工程管理水平的基础上,对工程设计管理的模式进行不断完善和探索,最终提出大型民用机场工程设计管理工作的多维弱矩阵设计管理模式。
Design is the soul of engineering construction, and to develop and design a perfect, efficient and dynamic pattern of design management is a large civilian airport project planning and design key to success. Based on the Shanghai airport construction practice and thinking, the integration of＂design institute group＂ management structure, promoting the development and approval of the design work to improve the level of project management based on the design of the project management model for continuous improvement and exploration, the final proposed engineering project design of large civil airport management of ＂multi-dimensional weak matrix＂design management model.
