建筑施工企业项目化管理探究

Study of Construction Enterprise Management by Project Pattern

针对目前我国建筑施工企业管理中存在的各种问题,结合现代工程项目管理的特点和要求,提出建筑施工企业项目化管理的概念并探究其模式;从管理组织架构的建立、统分结合经营体制、企业内部预算和控制、管理信息技术的运用、企业组织文化与项目管理融合五个方面阐述了企业项目化管理的方法和运作体系。

According to the present various problems in the construction enterprise management of our country, combining requirement and characteristic of modem project management, put forward concept of construction enterprise management by project pattern;From the establishment of organization configuration , business operation system unified or standed indepently, enterprise internal budget and control , management /T utilization , combination of enterprise organization culture and project management, and so on, elaborate the manangement system and method of construction enterprise byprojectpattern.
