摘要
本研究采用现场观察、访谈等研究方法,对已入园的流动学前儿童教育过程公平现状进行考察。研究结果表明:流动学前儿童教育过程中存在严重的不公平,具体体现在师幼互动、幼幼互动和家园合作的不公平等方面。为改变这种不公平现象,社会应广泛关注流动学前儿童,幼儿园应加强家园合作,教师应主动关爱流动儿童,共同为流动儿童提供平等的学前教育。
The educational equality of the floating preschool children deserves attention. This research makes a microscopic level study about the equality of educational process on children who are studying in the kindergarten by field observation and interview. The results show that there is serious unfairness in their educational process, including teacher-child interaction, child-child interaction and home-kindergarten cooperation. In order to provide fair education, this paper aims to appeal the society to put attention to the floating preschool children, the kindergartens to strengthen the home-kindergarten cooperation, and the teachers to take good care of the floating preschool children.
