综合疗法治疗特发性面神经麻痹(急性期)疗效观察

Necessary of Glucocorticoid in Treating Acute Idiopathic Facial Palsy

[目的]探讨特发性面神经麻痹急性期糖皮质激素应用的必要性。[方法]采用随机对照研究方法,收集首次诊断为周围性面瘫的急性期患者,随机分为治疗组25例,给予糖皮质激素口服治疗。对照组24例,为非糖皮质激素应用组。两组均同时给予抗病毒药物、肌氨肽苷注射液、神灯照射及针灸治疗。采用Portmann简易评分法进行疗效评估。[结果]治疗后评分试验组为18.412±3.533,对照组为10.333±4.234。试验组面肌功能评分及面肌功能改善指数明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]特发性面神经麻痹急性期应用激素疗效显著。

[ Objective]To study the necessary of treating acute idiopathic facial palsy with glucocortieoid. 1. [ Methods ] Forty nine patients diagnosed as acute idiopathic facial palsy were randomly divided into a trial group,25 patients , giving oral glucocorticoid; and control group ,24 patients, treating with non -glucoeorti-coid. Both groups were also treated with antivirus drug, Muscular Amino Acids and Peptides and Nucl - eosides Injection ,lamp irradiation and acupuncture. The results of both groups were evaluated according to Portmann＇s Simple Scale. [ Results ] The score after treatment of trail group was 1 g. 412 ± 3. 533, while control group was 10. 333 ± 4. 234. Score of the function of facial muscles obtained from trail group was distinctly higher than that was from the control group （P 〈 0.01 ） , as well as the improvement index （P 〈 0.01, trail group：0. 837 ±0.207 ;control group ：0. 597 ±0. 289）. [ Conclusion] Treatment of acute idiopathic facial palsy with glu- cocorticoid is definitely effective.
