摘要
[目的]观察金纳多注射液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。[方法]将80例急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组,治疗组予金纳多注射液治疗,对照组予川芎嗪注射液治疗。[结果]治疗组总有效率92.5%;对照组总有效率85.0%。经统计学处理,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均无明显不良反应。
[ Objective ] To observe the efficacy of ginaton injection in treating acute cerebral infarction. [ Methods ] With methods of random grouping, 80 cases of Acute Cerebral Infarction were divided into therapy group with ginaton injection, and control group with tetramethylpyrazine injection. [ Resuls] With statistical treatment,the total effective rate were 92.5% in therapy group that higher than 85.0% in control group with significant difference（P 〈0.05）. There was no significant side effect in two groups.
