益气活血汤加减治疗病毒性心肌炎36例

Decoction of Supplementing Qi and Activating Blood Circulation Treating 36 cases of Viral Myocarditis

[目的]观察益气活血汤加减治疗病毒性心肌炎临床疗效。[方法]36例分为对照组和治疗组。对照组抗病毒治疗,干扰素能阻断病毒复制和调节细胞免疫功能。治疗组在对照组基础上配合中药口服,每日1剂,水煎分2次口服。[结果]治疗组36例,对照组30例,分别治愈34例,21例;好转2例,9例。[结论]益气活血汤加减治疗病毒性心肌炎疗效显著。

[ Objective ] Decoction of supplementing qi and activating blood circulation treating viral therapy. [ Method] 36 cases divided into control and treatment group. Control group, antiretroviral therapy, interferon can block viral replication and cellular immunity. Treatment group were based on traditional Chinese medicine orally with a daily one, decoction orally 2 times. [ Results ] In 36 patients, 30 patients, 34 eases were cured, 21 cases ; improvement in 2 cases, 9 cases. [ Conclusion] Decoction of supplementing qi and activating blood circulation treating viral significant.
