摘要
[目的]观察综合疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。[方法]130例应用牵引、按摩、针灸治疗配合红外线照射或神灯照射及骶管注射、中药疗法治疗。[结果]经1个疗程(连续15天)治疗,治愈72例,好转46例,无效12例,总有效率90.8%。[结论]综合疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著。
[ Objective] Comprehensive treatment for lumbar disc herniation. [ Methods] 130 patients were treated with traction, massage, acupuncture treatment along with radiation and infrared radiation, or the Magic Lamp caudal injection, chinese herbal medicine. [ Results ] one course of treatment （ 15 consecutive days） treatment, were cured 72 cases, improved 46 eases, invalid 12 cases, total effective rate 90.8%. [ Conclusion ] Comprehensive treatment of lumbar disc herniation significant.
