中西医结合治疗周围性面瘫浅识

Integrative Experience Between Traditional Chinese Medicine And Western Medicine Of Treatment Of Peripheral Facial Paralysis

[目的]观察中西医结合治疗周围性面瘫疗效。[方法]中医治疗:针刺、牵正散;西医治疗:激素、维生素B族、肌氨肽苷及神灯照射。[结果]针刺可起到通经活络、调和气血的功效;中药煎剂具有祛风散寒,温经通络,益气养血作用。[结论]早期采用中西医结合治疗对恢复有很大帮助。

[ Objective ] Chinese - Western - Combined Therapy of peripheral facial paralysis. [Method ] Chinese Medicine ： Acupuncture, Peripheral Facial Paralysis ; western medicine ： hormones, vitamin B family, and the Magic Lamp MAAN irradiation. [ Results ] acupuncture can play through the meridians, the effectiveness of qi and blood ; Chinese medicine decoction with relieving rheumatism and cold, warm the meridians, BNI role. [ Conclusion] Early use of Chinese - Western - Combined Therapy on the restoration of much help.
