中西医结合治疗短暂性脑缺血发作浅析

Analysis of the Treatment of Transient Ischemic Attack

[目的]浅析短暂性脑缺血发作的治疗方法。[方法]通过查阅维普2005至2010相关文献468篇及结合临床。[结果]短暂性脑缺血发作抗血小板治疗首选,症状不缓解者联合中医方法治疗。我院收治的30例患者经上述治疗,治愈25例,显效3例,有效1例,无效1例。[结论]短暂性脑缺血发作经中西医结合治疗疗效显著。

[ Objective ] Analysis of the treatment of transient ischemic attack. [ Methods ] Combined with the literature in VIP between 2005 and 2008 （468 article） and clinical. [ Results ] The preferred treatment of transient ischemic attack is antiplatelet therapy, if the symptoms does not ease, Traditional Chinese Medicine will be combined. In our hospital, 30 patients after the treatment, 25 cases were cured, effective in 3 cases, 1 fair and 1 failed. [ Conclusion] There is significant curative elect in the treatment of transient isehemic attack with combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.
