中西医结合治疗骨折延迟愈合及不愈合24例

TCM-WM Treatment Fracture Delayed Union and Disunion 24 Cases

[目的]应用中西医结合治疗骨折延迟愈合及不愈合,使患者早日恢复健康。[方法]笔者自1998年以来,对24例骨折延迟愈合及不愈合患者口服补肾生骨丸,正骨复位外固定,西医手术植骨。[结果]患者经治疗都达到了骨性痊愈。[结论]骨折延迟愈合及不愈合根据不同的病因采取相应的中西医方法,对骨折早日愈合有着促进的作用。

[ Objective]TCM -WM treatment fracture delayed union and disunion, so that patients will recover quickly. [ Method] The author since 1998, 24 cases of delayed fracture healing in patients with non -cooperation and bone health services kidney pills, bone reduction and external fixation, bone graft surgeries. [ Results ] The patients treated have reached the bone heal. [ Conclusion ] Fracture delayed union and disunion of the different causes according to the corresponding chinese and western methods of early healing of the fracture has promoted.
