以氟达拉滨为主的联合方案治疗慢性淋巴细胞增殖性疾病10例 被引量：2

摘要 目的 观察氟达拉滨（Flu）为主的联合方案治疗慢性淋巴细胞增殖性疾病（CLPD）的临床疗效和患者不良反应.方法 CLPD患者10例,男9例,女1例,年龄43～74岁,平均年龄60岁,其中1例接受单用Flu治疗,8例接受Flu联合环磷酰胺（FC方案）治疗,1例接受FC方案联合地塞米松治疗.结果 完全缓解（CR）4例,部分缓解（PR）6例.结论 以Flu为主的联合化疗方案治疗CLPD有效、安全.
