摘要
工程项目是国家实现固定资产投资的载体,也是实现产品结构和产业结构调整的重要途径,而工程项目交易方式对工程项目目标的实现有着重要意义。文章从工程项目交易方式对项目绩效的影响、工程项目交易方式选择的影响因素及工程项目交易方式选择方法3个方面,对工程项目交易方式国内外的研究现状进行了归纳和分析,为工程项目交易方式的进一步研究提供借鉴与指导。
Construction projects are the carriers of state investment in fixed assets and also an important way to adjust the product structure and industrial structure.The project delivery system is significant in the implementation of project objectives.This paper summarized the research status of project delivery systems from three aspects：the influence of project delivery systems on project performance,factors influencing the selection of project delivery systems and selection methods of project delivery systems,which provides reference and guidance for the further study of project delivery systems.
