摘要
投标是建筑施工企业获得工程承包合同的主要方式,有效的投标管理有助于其提高中标概率。评述了投标管理的研究现状,将系统工程的思路引入投标管理,建立了基于系统工程的投标管理模型,并深入分析了投标管理涉及的组织行为及其流程。
Biding is the main method for the construction enterprises to get project contracts.The effective bid management helps to increase the probability of winning the bid.The literature review of biding management was proposed.A model of biding management based on system engineering theory was established.The organizational behavior and processes of biding management were analyzed.
