摘要 目的为医院手术室净化空气调节系统设计提供参考。方法通过工程实例分析医院手术室净化空气调节系统的关键因素,包括空调系统划分、负荷特点、循环空调机组干工况运行、参数计算等,提出设计要点与设计方法。结果层流室采用局部高洁净、周边低洁净方式。净化空调系统设三级过滤。气流组织减小死角和涡流区。各手术室单独设顶部排风系统,并采取防倒灌措施。排风机与手术室自动门连锁,并变频和延时。空调系统更需考虑热湿比变化。采用循环机组干工况运行多机系统。湿负荷全由新风机组承担,冷负荷由新风机组和各循环机组共同承担。总冷负荷为5937W,总湿负荷为2026g/h,总风量为11000m3/h,最小新风量为1000m3/h(用于眼科的为800m3/h)。按上述思路设计的医院手术室净化空气调节系统达到GB50333—2002《医院洁净手术部建筑技术规范》的要求。结论设计是保证工程质量的关键环节之一,本设计方法能确保医院手术室净化空气调节系统达到GB50333—2002的要求。 Objective To provide the data for the design of clean air-conditioning systems used in hospital operating room.Methods Based on the engineering example,the key elements which included the system,load characteristics,cycling airconditioning unit running under dry condition,parameter calculations etc.were analyzed,the design features and methods were put forward.Results A local high-clean and surrounding low-clean mode was used in laminar flow operating room.Clean air conditioning systems were equipped with three class air filters.Airflow distribution was designed to minimize vortex and dead zone.Each operating room had separate exhaust ventilation system with fan located on the roof and anti-reverse flow device.The fan and the door were locked by automatic control device with delay and frequency control.More attention should be paid to the variation of heat moisture ratio.Cycling air-conditioning units working at dry condition were adopted for multiple air-conditioning systems.The wet load was all covered by new air unit.The cooling load was shared by the new air unit and the cycling air-conditioning unit.the total cold burden was 5 937 W,the total damp burden was 2 026 g/h,the total wind amount was 11 000 m^3/h,and the smallest new wind amount was 1 000 m^3/h(the one used for ophthalmology is 800 m^3/h).Conclusion The air conditioning systems in operating rooms of hospitals,which are designed by the thoughts above,can meet the GB 50333—2002 architectural technical code for hospital clean operating department.
