摘要
六溴环十二烷(hexabromocyclododecane,HBCD)是一种世界广泛应用的新型溴代阻燃剂,同时又是一种持久性有机污染物(POPs),其广泛存在于大气、土壤、水体及生物体内,并能在环境和生物体内蓄积,对生物产生严重危害,如导致血清甲状腺激素浓度下降、抑制神经和卵子的发育、肝组织病理学改变,并具有致畸潜力。因此,六溴环十二烷受到国际社会的广泛关注。本文就HBCD的POPs特点、生物毒性、环境分布和分析检测技术的研究进展作一综述。
Hexabromocyclododecane (HBCD)is a new bromine flame retardant widely used in the world,while it is also a kind of persistent organic pollutants (POPs), it widespread presence in the atmosphere, soil, water and organism, it will accumulate in the environment and organism,and has serious hazards to organism,such as result in decreasing thyroid hormone concentrations in serum, inhibiting development of neural and ovum ,changing liver histopathology ,and it also possess the teratogenic potential. This paper reviewed the progress on HBCD,ineluding it's POPs characteristics,toxicity,residue in environment and analysis methods.
